High Country Computer Services was founded by Kevin Allen in January of 2007 in Eagle, Colorado
High Country Computer Services has since grown to be a leader in the Eagle Valley IT community servicing Government and multi-million dollar companies in the Vail Valley of Eagle County.
High Country Computer Services was the first IT consulting firm in the Vail Valley to offer true Electronic recycling (not refurbishment) and is active in Eco-Friendly activities such as supporting the Eagle Valley Alliance for Sustainability and the Evergreen Ball.

Kevin Allen
Kevin Allen founded High Country Computer Services In January 2007
after leaving Marriott Hotels. Kevin's most recent positions
with Marriott were as the South San Francisco Bay Systems Cluster Manager and as
the Systems Manager at the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Avon,
Colorado.
Kevin's IT career focused largely on the hospitality industry gaining
valuable experience managing large and small networks encompassing
all aspects of technology including LAN, WAN, VPN, Exchange, Unix
and Server Clustering just to name a few.
Kevin's impact on other system managers culminated in
his being awarded the "Peer Leadership Award", awarded so by vote of
his fellow System Managers throughout the national organization of
System Managers in the Marriott Corporation.
